Phelps Dunbar claims it is owed $91,000 for legal services

NEW ORLEANS – A legal company alleges it was not paid for services it provided.

Phelps Dunbar LLP filed a suit against Erin C. Blue, RLMcCall Partners, RLMcCall Capital Partners LLC and RLMcCall Capital Management LLC in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Aug. 19.

According to the claim, the plaintiff provided legal services to the defendant in 2015 and 2016 for the total fee of more than $91,000. The suit states that the defendants have thus failed to make payment for the services received.

The defendants are accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $91,627.48 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Christopher K. Ralston and Katherine B. Wells of Phelps Dunbar LLP in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Paula A. Brown.
