Robert Half International claims Compucast Web did not pay for staffing services

GRETNA – A staffing corporation alleges a Jefferson Parish corporation owes it for services provided.

Robert Half International Inc. filed a suit against Compucast Web Inc. in the 24th Judicial District Court on Sept. 9.

According to the claim, the defendant has become indebted to the plaintiff for more than $5,000 for staffing services. The suit states that the plaintiff has not yet received any payment for the account.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $5,350 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Thomas J. Lutkewitte and Conor T. Lutkewitte of Favret, Demarest, Russo, Lutkewitte & Schaumburg in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
