GRETNA – A shipping company is being sued for alleged failure to pay.
Blue Marlin Chartering N.V. filed a suit against ENSA Ocean Shipping LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court on March 1.
According to the claim, the defendant is indebted to the plaintiff and has not been paid within the time frame expected, allegedly constituting a breach of contract.
