GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking damages for an allegedly open account.
Capital One Bank filed a suit against Anthony Davis in the 24th Judicial District Court on Nov. 15.
According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant. The suit states that the man accumulated more than $2,900 in charges on the card without pay off the balance.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking $2,939.50 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch and Randall C. Roth of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.
