GRETNA – Discover Bank is seeking damages for allegedly open accounts.
Discover Bank filed a suit against Keith Waguespack in the 24th Judicial District Court on Nov. 21.
According to the claim, the plaintiff issued two credit cards that the defendant used and failed to pay off.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking $34,600.35 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Everette C. Altdoerffer and Peter J. Thriffiley of Stephen Bruce & Associates in Edmond, Oklahoma.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
