GRETNA – A woman claims that she slipped and fell at a location in an airport.
Demitra Richardson filed a suit against C.A. One Services and Gallagher Bassett Services Inc. in the 24th Judicial District Court on Nov. 21.
According to the claim, the plaintiff was a customer at the C.A. One Services in Armstrong International Airport on Nov. 21, 2015, when the incident occurred. The suit states that the plaintiff was caused to slip and fall on a clear substance on the floor.
The defendants are accused of negligence.
The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by James P. Johnson of James P. Johnson & Associates in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division E Judge John J. Molaison Jr.
