Key Electronic Solutions accuses former receptionist of fraud, conversion

GRETNA – An electronics distributor alleges a former receptionist diverted funds.

Key Electronic Solutions LLC filed a suit against Capital One National Association and Rachelle M. Raglin in the 24th Judicial District Court on Nov. 21.

According to the claim, Raglin endorsed checks that were not payable in her name from Key Electronics and that Capital One permitted her to deposit the checks in her personal account. The plaintiff alleges she was not the payee on the checks and never gave permission for her to deposit them in her personal checking account.

The defendants are accused of fraud, conversion and negligence.

The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by W. Jacob Gardner Jr. and Daniel Licthl of Folwer Rodriguez in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
