Capital One Bank seeks payment on alleged credit card debt

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking the payment on an alleged credit card debt.

Capital One Bank filed a suit against Jeffery S. Hieger in the 24th Judicial District Court on Nov. 16.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant, who used the card for more than $1,500 in purchases without paying off the balance.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $1,538.64 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch and Randall C. Roth of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond S. Steib Jr.
