NEW ORLEANS – American Express Bank is seeking nearly $50,000.
American Express Bank FSB filed a suit against Nicholas Vivion in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Nov. 10.
According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant who failed to pay off more than $49,000.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking $49,014.69 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Edward F. Bukaty III and Warren W. Wingerter Jr. of Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Christopher J. Bruno.
