Capital One Bank claims Jefferson Parish man owes more than $3,000

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking more than $3,000 from a customer.

Capital One Bank filed a suit against Raymond D. Lasater in the 24th Judicial District Court on Dec. 1.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant. The suit states that the defendant accumulated more than $3,000 and has failed to pay off the balance.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $3,385.27 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch and Randall C. Roth of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle M. Taylor.
