Capital One Bank claims it is owed more than $2,000

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking damages for an allegedly open account.

Capital One Bank filed a suit against Ralph L. Agee Jr. in the 24th Judicial District Court on Dec. 1.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant. The suit states that the plaintiff is still owed more than $2,000 from the defendant.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $2,811.90 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch and Randall C. Roth of Couch, Conville & Blitt

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael P. Mentz.
