NEW ORLEANS – A rental company alleges it wasn't paid for services provided.
ALL Crane Rental of Louisiana LLC filed a suit against Strategic Planning Associated LLC, U.S. Specialty Insurance Co., Charlotte W. Burnell and Core Construction Services LLC in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Dec. 2.
According to the claim, the plaintiff issued goods and services to the defendants but was never paid.
The defendants are accused of breach of contract and failure to pay.
The plaintiff is seeking $68,712.31 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Thomas J. Lutkewitte and Conor T. Lutkewitte of Favret, Demarst, Russo, Lutkewitte and Schaumburg of New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Regina Bartholomew Woods.
