Capital One Bank seeks more than $11,000 from customer

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking nearly $12,000 from a credit card customer.

Capital One Bank filed a suit Dec. 20 against Malcom P. Munster in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging failure to pay.

According to the claim, Capital One issued a credit card to Munster and he used the card for nearly $11,955.38 in purchases. No payments were made on the balance of the card, the suit states.

Capital One seeks the nearly $12,000 and court costs. It is represented by attorney Remy F. Symons.

The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 767620.
