NEW ORLEANS – A bank is seeking damages for an unpaid promissory note.
First NBC Bank filed a lawsuit Dec. 5 against Kim M. Berry of Orleans Parish in Orleans Parish Civil District Court.
According to the claim, First NBC Bank is the holder of a promissory note that was issued by Berry who has thus far failed to pay off the balance of the credit card totaling $3,862.50, plus late charges.
First NBC Bank seeks damages for the late payment and court costs. It is represented by attorney Jeffrey K. Clement Jr.
The case has been assigned to Division E Judge Clare Jupiter.
