NEW ORLEANS – Iberia Bank alleges a customer owes more than $9,000.
Iberia Bank filed a suit Sept. 21 against Kyle J. Sanders in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging failure to pay.
According to the claim, the plaintiff seeks more than $9,000 from Sanders for a judgment and the defendant has yet to pay.
Iberia Bank seeks the money and court costs, It is represented by attorney Kreig A. Breaux.
The case has been assigned to Division C Judge Sidney H. Cates IV.
