NEW ORLEANS – A valve company is seeking more than $550,000 for unpaid charges.
Phoenix Company Valves Inc. filed a suit against Vernon Green in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Sept. 19.
According to the claim, Green owes the plaintiff $552,870.93 and has not paid.
Phoenix Company Valves seeks full payment and court costs. It is represented by attorney Edward C. Abell Jr.
The case has been assigned to Division E Judge Clare Jupiter.
