NEW ORLEANS – Delgado Community College is suing a Louisiana man, alleging more than $2,000 in unpaid fees.
The Louisiana Community and Technical College System, through Delgado Community College, filed a suit Sept. 13 against Kevin Jordan in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court.
According to the claim, Jordan owes the college $2,117 for services and goods rendered.
The defendant is accused of Rokeya J. Morris.
Delgado Community College seeks the $2,117 plus interest and court costs. It is represented by Louisiana assistant attorney general Rokeya J. Morris.
The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Tiffany G. Chase.
