Bank of America alleges customer owes more than $4,000

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking more than $4,000 from a customer.

Bank of America NA filed a suit Dec. 16 against Sydney Leischner in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the claim, Bank of America issued a credit account to Leischner for the use of cash advances and other financial services. The suit states the defendant accumulated $4,215.16 on the account and has failed to pay that balance.

Bank of America seeks $4,215.16 plus interest in damages. It is represented by the attorneys of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen D. Enright Jr.
