Discover Bank seeks more than $27,000 in late credit card payments

GRETNA – Discover Bank is seeking more than $27,000 in unpaid fees from a credit card account.

Discover Bank filed a lawsuit suit against Nicholas Joseph Baroni Jan. 3 in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging unpaid fees.

According to the claim, Discover Bank issued a credit card to Baroni who has failed to pay off the balance he had accumulated for $27,727.30.

Discover Bank seeks the unpaid funds as well as attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorneys Everette C. Altdoerffer, Peter S. Thriffley of Stephen Bruce & Associates in Edmond, Oklahoma.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 767832.
