Jefferson Parish woman allegedly failed to pay Capital One account

GRETNA – Capital One is seeking payment of an open account.

Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit April 27 against Lily M. Schlaudecker of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account of $2,858. The plaintiff claims that the defendant has failed to pay off any of the balance.

The defendant is accused of an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 771511.
