Jefferson Parish resident allegedly failed to pay Capital One over $1,800

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking damages for sums due on an open account.

Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit June 26 against Kayan T. Morris of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on a credit card for $1,815.53. The defendant has failed to pay the balance off.

The defendant is accused of having an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry G. Sullivan Jr.
