NEW ORLEANS — A woman is seeking damages after she allegedly was harassed by a company.
Ruby Esino filed a lawsuit on May 7 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Chaps Inc. d/b/a Raindow Shops, alleging harassment.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages because the defendant allegedly sent her promotional text messages without consent. The plaintiff allegedly never requested the texts and continued to receive them.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney's fees and appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by Roberto Luis Costales of Beaumont Costales LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Christopher J. Bruno.
