NEW ORLEANS — A woman claims that she was harassed by a company.
April Brinkman filed a lawsuit on May 7 against Charming Charlie LLC in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging harassment.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages because the defendant allegedly sent her unwanted text messages. The plaintiff claims that she continued to receive text messages for a lengthy period of time and allegedly was unable to avoid receiving them.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney's fees and appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Roberto Luis Costales of Beaumont Costales LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge D. Nicole Sheppard.
