GRETNA – Portfolio Recovery Associates LLC is seeking more than $4,500 in sums due on an open account.
The finance company filed a complaint against Janet Angelo on Feb. 5 in the 24th Judicial District Court. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay off an open account in the balance of $4,516.16 plus interest, despite amicable demand from the plaintiff.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account. The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. Portfolio Recovery Associates LLC is represented by Laura T. D. Sims of Rausch Sturm in Enterprise, Ala.
The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.
