A Louisiana man accuses Ford of selling him a defective vehicle and failing to repair it despite numerous attempts.
Michael J. Enright Jr. filed is complaint case against Ford.
According to the complaint, Enright purchased a new 2022 Ford F-150 Lariat Crew Cab from Robin Ford on January 31, 2022, for $33,894. He claims the vehicle had defects in materials and workmanship discovered within the warranty period. Despite returning the F-150 to Ford and its authorized dealers for repairs on multiple occasions, he says the issues were not resolved.
The plaintiff also claims he directly notified Ford about the defects several times. He claims neither he nor any reasonable buyer would have purchased the vehicle if they had known about these defects beforehand.
Enright is seeking compensatory damages.
