Stern Jr.NEW ORLEANS – A 2004 tax sale is being challenged by a local governmental body for a property being claimed by two separate owners.The New Orleans Redevelopment Authority (NORA) filed suit against Mooring Tax Asset Group LLC and A.M.E. Services Inc. in the Orleans Parish Central District Court on May 20. The property, located at 3111 North Miro St., is now being claimed by NORA
