GRETNA – A car insurer is suing a local hospital and an ambulance driver who allegedly ran a red light and totaled a vehicle. State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, as a partial subrogee of James Langford, filed suit against Jason Bergeron, Jefferson Parish Hospital Service District No. 2, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana and East Jefferson General Hospital in the 24th Judicial District Court on June 23.

Storage company sued after wall allegedly falls on, crushes rental car
