U.S. government alleges New Orleans woman violated loan agreement
NEW ORLEANS — The U.S. government is suing a New Orleans woman, alleging default of payment.
LASC orders attorney Richard Brazan Jr. on probation
NEW ORLEANS – The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) has submitted a
petition to the Louisiana Supreme Court in regards to attorney Richard Brazan,
Jr., who has a general practice in the Baton Rouge area, after an investigation into
allegations he advised his client to improperly obtain documents from
an opposing party for use in preparing discovery.
LADB concurs with ODC suggestion for disbarment of attorney Greg Williams Sr.
NEW ORLEANS – In a July 1 recommendation to the Louisiana Supreme Court, the Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board (LADB) accepted the formal charges filed by the Office of Disciplinary Council (ODC) against attorney Gregory F. Williams Sr. to have him permanently disbarred for alleged engagement in criminal conduct, deceitful conduct, conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice and violating Louisiana Rules of Professional Conduct.
ODC suggests permanent disbarment for attorney Janinne Latrell Gilbert
NEW ORLEANS – The Office of Disciplinary Council (ODC) submitted formal charges on July 8 against attorney Janinne Latrell Gilbert over allegations that Gilbert violated several Rules of Professional Conduct.

LDAC says negligent attorney deserves additional suspension
NEW ORLEANS – In a July 1 recommendation to the Louisiana Supreme Court, the Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board (LADB) accepted the formal charges filed by the Office of Disciplinary Council (ODC) against attorney Hugh E. McNeely to be suspended for three years with all but one year deferred subject to a two-year period of probation, and possible additional repercussions if he chooses to return to the profession, for alleged failures in multiple rules of
professional conduct.
