The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana reported the following activity in the suit brought by John Landry against State of Louisiana Through the Southern University Board of Supervisors on May 22.
NEW ORLEANS – The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana recently granted a motion filed by the Board of Supervisors for the University of Louisiana System to dismiss claims of violating the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act by a former employee in her wrongful termination lawsuit.

GRETNA – The State of Louisiana Division of Administration Office of Community Development Disaster Recovery Unit alleges that a woman owes $30,000 in grant money that was misallocated.
